On Wednesday, a Manhattan federal judge fully dismissed Eric Adams’ politically motivated prosecution instituted by the Biden Administration. But New York Democrats have already taken to the airwaves to spin.
“The Bondi Administration and that Department of Justice has already shown that it’s corrupt,” New York Governor Kathy Hochul said, referring to Attorney General Pam Bondi’s decision not to move forward with Biden-era charges against New York City’s mayor.
Kathy Hochul calling someone else corrupt is laughable. She and hubby “Billy” are a political hack couple who operate in the “Clinton model” of grift.
If she really wanted to “fight corruption” from within the purview of her office, Kathy Hochul would remove the most prolific practitioner of weaponized justice this country has ever seen: her own New York Attorney General.
Letitia James isn’t just politically motivated—she’s politically corrupt. She is the face of lawfare in America. And President Donald J. Trump has vowed to put an end to it.
James has spent years abusing her office to target President Trump, his businesses, and his family. Now, records reveal she has used taxpayer money for personal gain, filed fraudulent building permits, and accepted sweetheart deals on real estate.
President Trump has been clear: “We must END the corrupt two-tiered system of justice.”

THE QUEEN OF LAWFARE EXPOSED
James has spent more than $41,000 in public funds for first-class travel, hotel stays, and meals—while prosecuting her anti-Trump lawfare crusade masked as a campaign. She failed to report these campaign expenditures tied to out-of-state travel for events across the country that had nothing to do with her duties as AG.
“This is public corruption 101,” said a senior Trump campaign legal advisor. “She used her office like a private ATM.”
The New York State Comptroller’s Office has yet to audit the spending. And why would they? Albany protects its own.
Trump campaign senior advisor Chris LaCivita said: “Letitia James is not a public servant. She’s a partisan thug in heels.”
James’s hypocrisy goes beyond weaponizing her office against President Trump. She used that same office to benefit herself.
Investigative reports from White Collar Fraud confirm that James submitted multiple fraudulent building permits to New York City’s Department of Buildings.
James secured an exclusive below-market real estate deal for a Brooklyn apartment. Public records show she claimed less than market value for square footage—while allegedly failing to disclose required renovation permits.
“This is wire fraud. This is a felony,” said a former federal prosecutor. “If a private citizen did this, they’d be indicted.”
Letitia James is not just a hypocrite—she may be a criminal.
DOUBLE STANDARDS, DOUBLE DEALS
Meanwhile, James has filed endless lawsuits and civil actions against Trump, trying to fine him billions and ban him from doing business in New York.
But it’s her finances and filings that deserve scrutiny.
A Trump spokesperson noted: “They raided Mar-a-Lago over old documents. But Letitia James can file fake permits and skim taxpayer cash and the media yawns. We’re not going to let this slide.”
Letitia James represents everything wrong with the justice system: political prosecution, selective enforcement, and partisan witch hunts.

LETITIA MUST BE REMOVED AND PROSECUTED
President Trump’s promise to end lawfare starts with a full investigation into and prosecution of Letitia James.
“She’s not just incompetent—she’s corrupt,” Trump promised the American people. “We will hold her accountable. And we will restore justice in America.”
Calls are growing for her removal and prosecution.
Republican lawmakers in New York are preparing an official ethics complaint. Trump-aligned members of Congress are pushing for a federal probe into misuse of funds and potential wire fraud.
Trump campaign insiders say James may be the test case for a new House subcommittee on political prosecution.
“This woman lied on government forms. She used tax dollars for personal benefit. And she used her office to go after Trump,” said Rep. Byron Donalds. “She’s everything that’s wrong with our justice system. Time to clean house.”
Even Democrats are whispering about the liability she has become.
“She was supposed to be a star,” said one former Cuomo advisor. “Now she’s just a scandal waiting to explode.”

“We’re bringing justice back to the Justice Department,” President Trump declared.
And for Letitia James, the clock is ticking.
In 2020, she swore she would “resist Trump.” In 2025, she may be facing a federal indictment.
