Democrat Attorneys General, Activist Judges Wage Lawfare to Stop Trump’s Anti-Corruption Agenda

With judicial corruption under fire, is it time for President Trump to go “Full Andrew Jackson”?
President Donald J. Trump is waging the greatest battle against government waste, fraud, and abuse in American history. The American people overwhelmingly sent him to Washington to drain the swamp, and President Trump is delivering.
But as he slashes billions in waste, the establishment is striking back harder than ever.
President Trump’s war against corruption has ignited an Andrew Jackson-style showdown between the duly elected President and a rogue judiciary determined to block his agenda at every turn.
The American people sent Old Hickory to Washington to fight for them. He fought the Bank of the United States tooth and nail, believing it concentrated too much power in the hands of a wealthy elite.
A war hero and tough as nails, President Jackson’s promise to the American people who elected him was his guidestar. He earnestly believed the Bank violated the idea that the role of a government should stand for honesty, equality, and fairness. President Jackson saw it as a monopoly that would raise the cost of borrowing and hurt small farmers.
The Bank was an early example of waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government.
President Jackson’s efforts to dismantle the bank led to its eventual closure in 1836 and significant changes in the American banking system.
President Trump is now ensnared in a similar fight. He is battling an unelected, activist federal judiciary, propped up by corrupt Democratic state attorneys general, that wants to stop his America First reforms.
TRUMP CUTS BILLIONS—DEEP STATE PANICS
Trump has unleashed Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to conduct the most extensive external audit in U.S. history.
Within weeks, guided by common sense, Musk’s team uncovered $50 billion in fraudulent payments at the U.S. Treasury and millions upon millions wasted by government agencies on mismanaged projects.
The cuts have only just begun, with Musk estimating over $2 trillion in total fraud and waste within the federal government.
But instead of celebrating the effort to stop corruption, the Washington swamp desperately tries to stop it.
LETITIA JAMES & ACTIVIST JUDGES DECLARE WAR ON TRUMP
Leading the charge against Trump’s effort is New York Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat obsessed with stopping Trump at all costs. James, along with 19 Democratic state attorneys general, filed lawsuits to block Trump’s executive orders and his America First spending cuts.
Her latest stunt? James obtained a restraining order from radical leftist SDNY Judge Paul Engelmayer, a Barack Hussein Obama appointee. Engelmayer’s ruling blocked DOGE from accessing Treasury records, stalling Musk’s fraud investigation.
Musk fired back.
President Trump swiftly removed Letitia James’s security clearance and removed her access to classified government materials.
“This woman has spent her entire career on a personal vendetta against me,” President Trump said. “She’s not about justice—she’s about power.”
Despite the Democrat obstruction, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has confirmed that fraud in federal programs exceeds $100 billion annually, much of it hidden deep within the federal bureaucracy.
JUDICIAL CORRUPTION UNDER FIRE: AN ANDREW JACKSON MOMENT
President Trump’s battle against the activist judiciary mirrors Andrew Jackson’s war against the Bank of the United States. Jackson refused to let the courts dictate national policy, stating:
“The Congress, the Executive, and the Court must each for itself be guided by its own opinion of the Constitution… The opinion of the judges has no more authority over Congress than the opinion of Congress has over the judges.”
President Trump is facing the same resistance. Leftist federal judges are acting as political operatives, blocking the duly elected president’s constitutional authority to run the executive branch.
These bad actors seek to derail President Trump’s promise to the American people of major government reform.
Unless and until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on any of President Trump’s executive actions, there is no constitutional issue. President Trump is free to act according to his own opinion of constitutional authority.
The American people elected President Trump, who has taken an oath to defend the Constitution. Until SCOTUS issues a ruling to the contrary, the President’s actions are deemed legally and constitutionally valid.
Congressional Republicans must step up and act to protect the interests of the American people. Elon Musk has called for the impeachment of corrupt federal judges who abuse their power to protect Washington’s swamp.
Congressional Republicans must make impeachment and removal from judicial office the price of Lawfare and judicial activism aimed at derailing President Trump’s popular mandate and the America First agenda.
REPUBLICANS MUST IMPEACH SWAMP JUDGES
It’s time for Republicans in Congress to fight back. President Trump’s allies are urging Congress to form a judicial “Impeachment List”—a watchlist of activist federal judges who continuously obstruct America First policies.
Musk warned of a “judicial coup.”
Congressman Byron Donalds has signaled Republican support for judicial impeachment hearings, stating, “No judge should override the will of the American people.”
CHUCK SCHUMER PANICS AS TRUMP CUTS WASTE
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is in full meltdown mode as President Trump slashes government bloat. Schumer admitted that government waste is a problem—but still called Trump’s budget cuts “excessive.”
“We all agree waste, fraud, and abuse exist, but these cuts go too far,” Schumer said.
Translation? Democrats love wasteful spending—as long as they control it.
Schumer has his own problems. He is under investigation for making threats against sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justices.
Meanwhile, outside the Washington bubble, the American people are extremely satisfied with the early results, which contrast starkly with the previous four years of decline.
No one states it quite as eloquently as Louisiana Senator John Kennedy.
President Trump’s executive orders and DOGE’s review have already dismantled USAID, a notorious agency filled with corruption. Next, he’s setting his sights on the bloated Departments of Education and Defense, where Musk’s team estimates billions in hidden fraud.
THE NEW AMERICAN GOLDEN AGE: JUDICIAL CORRUPTION UNDER FIRE
President Trump is keeping his promise to drain the swamp, slash government waste, and restore power to the American people.
“We will cut the waste, destroy the corruption, and Make America Great Again,” President Trump declared.
With Musk and DOGE leading the charge, no amount of Democrat lawsuits or activist judges will stop Trump from exposing the biggest fraud in history.
President Trump has placed judicial corruption under fire. The Washington establishment is terrified.
